Khalisa Huseynova is a political science graduate from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, where she earned First Class Honors and was awarded a Presidential Scholarship. Based in Baku, she is an emerging scholar and analyst whose research spans international relations, strategic studies, political violence, nonproliferation, cybersecurity, sustainable development, and the role of education in global change. Her published work has appeared in platforms such as the Atlantic Forum, CBAP, and various academic proceedings, covering topics from NATO strategy and cyber defense to human capital and regional integration in Central Asia. Khalisa is also passionate about entrepreneurship, data science, and the intersection of technology and governance. She brings a global lens to local and international issues, aiming to foster interdisciplinary solutions in a rapidly changing world
